One on One Sessions with Avery

Every session is a divine expression. The experience of having someone touch the spiritual world for you and bring back guidance can be life changing if you are ready for that kind of shift. In working with clients, all areas of life come in to play because in the spiritual sense all things are interconnected.The physical, spiritual, mental and emotional are all dance partners in our life’s expression with the spiritual being the creator of all of it. The loved one on the other side can be related to why you can’t open to love now, the financial block may be a spiritual disconnect in worthiness, and the future that is unfolding may be one you’re meant to shift by knowing about it.

This is a sacred space and an exchange of energy. This energy is an investment in the power of what can come through. I value the work I get to do with each and every client and discover such magical things that give universal guidance to myself and the client in each session. Skillsets I can Utilize:

Mediumship: While this term can mean different things to different people, for me this means connect with loved ones in spirit, no longer living in a body. (I don’t say deceased because they soul very much is not) I work with evidential mediumship meaning I will spend time bringing through details that will validate who they are and that they are present in the reading. There will also be a message and insight in this. I do ask who you would like to connect with at the beginning as it makes things more clear and concise in what you want to do in the reading. “Ask and you shall receive”.

Intuitive Reading: Everything in these sessions is being received through my intuitive channels but this more specifically refers to information about you and your life, body, career, relationships etc. This can include some insight in to other people but only as your higher self sees fit to tell you. This can also include some future predictions but remember its like weather and we are constantly standing at the opportunity to create anew. The dominant creative patterns of the moment can be visible though.

Channeling: This refers to me letting spirit speak through me. A large portion of a session is channeled through me, meaning the words are divinely inspired even though they come through my own identity. This means sometimes I will hear ideas or concepts for the first time as they are spoken. This can also allow for deeper transformation as the energy and frequency in channeling can be felt as one listens to it.

Dream Interpretation: Dreams can hold powerful messages for us if we know how to view them. I have studied various forms of dream divining and also utilize my intuition to tap in to the dreams messages underneath the symbols and narrative of them.

Spiritual Advising: Some portion of every session will have guidance and meaningful conversation, as its a part of the overall healing and spiritual expansion process. My goal in any session or ongoing mentorships is to expand ones sense of self and to connect to more of their soul. Mentorships have more space for this as they go much deeper in to your role in creating your reality.

Guided Healing Meditation and Reprogramming: This is for ongoing mentorships only. As someone who is trained in energy healing and channels meditations for reprogramming the mind and spiritual journeys, I love to utilize this for deep transformation. Some of the most profound things have occurred in these sessions, timeline shifts, emotional release, manifestations in the moment etc.

Not every session will contain all of these but they are available in ways that make a meaningful impact to the over all intention of the call.
